Hellfire (For Cypher-DS)

To ~Cypher-DS, who won the 1000 watcher contest in the writing category with this:
Veera's Dream (Wasserbienchen Contest Entry) My phone rings six times before Cheren has the decency to answer.  That's five rings too long - the smoke is spreading, Bianca's cough is aggravating and Champ's shrieking is growing unbearable.  By the Thousand Arms of Arceus, pick up the phone, Cheren!

Click.  "This better be good."

"Cheren?  Apartment 24.  Get over here now."  Bianca's forced her way through the balcony's screen door but I still can't find Champ's pokeball.

"Ugh, White, it's three in the morning, can't it -"

"It can't!  I need your help right now!"  My eyes are watering, but whether from the fumes or my panic, I can't tell.  "Cheren, it's Veera - she's dying."

This scene is from their Nuzlocke, Redemption's Fall, and I quite enjoyed reading the scene for reference. I'm not ENTIRELY sure you imagined the Zigzagoon like this, but this kind of image is what I had immediately in mind. "Like stormclouds", combined with the lighning bolt streaks, and of course "hellfire", which really stuck - it all made me think of this kind of design and I was really inspired to do this.

I hope it's alright and it suits your taste C: I had lots of fun doing this and while it looks simple, I've really attempted to make the special effects work.
